FOS Media Control
Your team and AI agents, working side by side.
FOS runs the entire agency on one platform — from the first brief, through the studio, client approvals and every ad account, all the way to the invoice. Nine AI agents work next to your people: staffing tasks, screening work, watching campaigns and answering questions on your own data. You decide how much they are allowed to do.

Nine AI agents that work alongside your team.
Not a chatbot bolted onto the side. Each FOS agent has a job, the tools to do it on your live data, and a clear limit on what it may do alone. Some answer, some flag, some propose — and the ones you trust can act.
- Creative traffic agent (Acts when you allow): Finds the right copywriter, art director or designer for each task, scored by role and current workload.
- Media traffic agent (Acts when you allow): The same staffing intelligence for the media department — the right buyer for every media task.
- Media analyst (Proposes): Reviews each brand’s Google Ads and Meta performance against its goals and writes reasoned findings with concrete actions.
- AI media employee (Proposes): A digital team member that works the alert queue like a senior buyer: checks each alert against raw data, decides, and keeps a journal.
- Quality agent (Flags): Screens deliverables the moment they reach review and alerts the right managers to anything that needs a closer look.
- Operations agent (Proposes): Watches the pulse of the studio: SLA risk, capacity, stale work and the daily operations report.
- Analytics agent (Answers): Ask anything about delivery, workload, approvals or time — and get insights and executive briefings in seconds.
- Client agent (Answers): Knows the history of every client and brand: what was ordered, what was approved, and where an account is heading.
- Commercial agent (Answers): Your finance analyst on call: margins, profitability, open balances and reconciliation questions.
Autonomy you control, one dial at a time
- Three autonomy levels: Manual, assisted or autonomous — set per agent. In manual and assisted modes every action waits for a person.
- A veto window: Autonomous actions can wait in a queue for the window you set, so anyone with permission can cancel them first.
- People on what matters: Urgent and critical tasks always go to a human, and the department manager is told.
- Budgets and limits: Monthly AI budget per agency and per agent, hourly and daily action limits, and clients or tasks you exclude.
- A journal for every move: Each action is logged with the agent’s reasoning. Rate decisions, review run history, trace any answer.
- The right assistant for each role: Admins tick which role gets which assistant. When AI is unavailable, the screen says why.
The AI media employee: a buyer who never misses an alert.
Most tools raise alerts. The AI media employee works them — one brand at a time, in order of severity, checking every alert against the raw numbers before deciding what to do. It starts in observation mode: it decides and records, but changes nothing on the ad platforms. When your agency lifts that, its actions wait in the veto window you set.

How FOS connects to your advertising platforms
FOS connects to Google, Meta and TikTok through each platform’s own OAuth sign-in, only after an authorized person in your organization approves access. FOS reads advertising data to show performance, track budgets and targets, raise alerts and build reports — and makes changes to campaigns only when a user with permission applies or approves them, or when your organization turns on automation. On Google’s consent screen, this connection appears as “FOS Media Control”.
- Google: Google Ads (read, and changes with permission), Search Console (read-only organic data) and Merchant Center (your own product prices).
- Meta: Ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads and insights — read, and changes with permission.
- TikTok: Advertiser accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads and metrics — read, and changes with permission.
